As a Registered Social Worker (since 2013), with an Honours degree in Psychology and Masters degrees in both Psychology and Social Work, I have established a skill set to support those 16+. My experience includes supporting those with: eating disorders/disordered eating, anxiety, depression, body image, low self-esteem, general life stress, communication skills, etc. I enjoy working from a strength-based perspective and will work to equip you with the necessary tools to move through your challenges. I am a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and I have certificates in Addictions, CBT, CBT-E (eating disorders).
