I am a Registered Social Worker providing individual counselling to those 14 years and older.  My past field experience ranges from homelessness to addiction to teen support to mental health in a medical institution, and I’ve learned that struggles come in all shapes and sizes.  If you are dealing with a crisis, a mental health diagnosis, addiction, chronic illness, suicidal ideation or a life changing event, then I am here to support you. No problem is too big that it can’t be shared.  Likewise, I am here to support you if your issues are anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, hopelessness, a lack of motivation, work stress or relationship strain; no issue is too small, and these all can feel overwhelming if you take it on alone.  

I primarily employ CBT and DBT therapies.  I also offer a unique, reminiscence-based therapy and writing service ideal for those 65+ or those in hospice/ palliative care.   I integrate faith-based values for those who desire it.
