Life can be challenging sometimes and it may feel overwhelming. My aim is to offer a supportive, trusting and non-judgmental atmosphere where you feel heard, understood and safe.

My focus is in the areas of parenting, family conflict and separation and divorce. I also have extensive experience in grief and anxiety among children (ages 6 and up), teens and adults. Having years of clinical experience as a Counselor, I believe we all hold the potential within ourselves to learn positive change and embrace change.

Currently I am taking new clients and use a strength-based approach to help you or your loved ones find new ways to cope with stressors and make positive changes in your lives. I look forward to working with you or your loved ones to reach to the goals of emotional well-being.
