I am a registered Social Worker with over twenty years experience working in mental health settings. I have worked in a variety of roles as a Social Worker and received my Master of Social Work degree in 2010. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health spaces, and most recently with the local school board.
I work with individuals of all ages. I am passionate about working with children and teens, and supporting them with life challenges whether that be anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, peer relationships, or self esteem. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, depending on the persons needs and treatment goals (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Regulation, Solution Focussed Therapy, etc.).
