I’m a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and the owner and founder of Balanced Life Wellness Centre. I offer individual therapy grounded in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR (Certified), Internal Family Systems (parts work), mindfulness and self-compassion, somatic, and narrative therapy.
I support individuals 16 and up working through anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, parenting, relationship stress, perfectionism, trauma, and life’s harder moments. I’m passionate about helping people discover who they are and find their voice in the world. I also love creating meaningful connections through workshops and retreats.
