I’m a Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist who offers individual therapy. I am also the owner/operator of Balanced Life Wellness Centre. I have training in many areas including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, marital therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, crisis intervention, Internal Family Systems, Structural Dissociation, and EMDR. I offer therapy for perfectionism, low self-esteem, grief, intergenerational trauma & other difficult life experiences. I love connecting with people through workshops & retreats.
