I am a Registered Social Worker providing individual counselling services to those 14 & up. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship or parenting stress, fertility issues, loss, or normal life events that feel overwhelming or exhausting, I’m here to support you. I provide trauma-informed care and I want to help you find the strengths you already have and empower you to promote positive change and growth in your life.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on the client and situation, including the following: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Deep Brain Reorienting. I am happy to integrate faith values into counselling for those who desire it.
