I am a registered social worker who focuses primarily on providing therapy to survivors of motor vehicle accidents. I also provide services to youth (10 years and older) and adults who want to learn about themselves and build skills with the hope of overcoming life’s challenges. 

I have over twenty years experience and extensive training focused on building on strengths and addressing the daily impacts of traumaI. I strive to provide support that is collaborative and compassionate.
