I am a Registered Social Worker who offers counselling to adolescents (age 10 and up) and adults. I focus on utilizing Cognitive-Behavioural techniques, and I also use Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing and Strength-Based skills. My commitment is to work collaboratively and compassionately to assist individuals to gain self- insight and skills to overcome life’s challenges. I focus my services on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, life stressors and life transitions.
