I am a Registered Social Worker offering individual therapy in person and virtually. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) as well as EMDR Therapy. I have extensive training in trauma, parts work approaches, somatic interventions and maternal mental health. I am very passionate about working with people in the perinatal (prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum) period as well as supporting those dealing with trauma throughout the lifespan.
