While my passion is providing Play Therapy to children & youth, I also love empowering their parents to better understand, communicate, & advocate for their child.  The children I see are ages 4 and older, and often struggling with emotion regulation, issues of divorce, anxiety, trauma, social skill deficits, and/or learning problems. I also occasionally work with adults who are seeking strategies to manage stress, depression, anxiety, & interpersonal conflict. My sessions are 50 minutes in length and I’m covered by many benefit plans.
