Women’s Relaxation & Healing Circle

Description: A supportive and nurturing space where women come together to reconnect with themselves and support each other. Through guided practices, including journalling, mediation, reflection, and other therapeutic activities, participants are invited to release what no longer serves them and embrace strength and inner peace.  Our circle is open to anyone who identifies as a woman, ages 16 and up.

Cost: $50 – subsidy available to those who need it. May be covered by some benefit plans.
